Definitions & Descriptions

Candidate – Individual, Partner or Investment Group interested in owning a Nature Stone® Franchise.

Application – Document filled out by Candidate and used by O.C.R. Products, Inc. to assess the strengths, weaknesses and financial stability of Candidate. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT OR AN AGREEMENT!

Franchise Disclosure Document – Document provided to Candidate by O.C.R. Products, Inc. that describes, in detail, the obligation of Candidate to O.C.R. Products, Inc. and vice versa as it pertains to owning a Nature Stone® Franchise. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT OR AN AGREEMENT!

Receipt – The last few pages of the Franchise Disclosure Document that acknowledges that Candidate did receive the Franchise Disclosure Document. THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT OR AN AGREEMENT!

Approval Committee – Committee made up of representatives from O.C.R. Products Inc., who approve qualified Candidate for franchise ownership.

Franchise Agreement – Document signed by Candidate and O.C.R. Products, Inc. committing each to their obligation as discussed in the UFOC.

Initial Franchise Fee – Dollar amount paid by Candidate to O.C.R. Products, Inc. to complete the transaction set forth in the Franchise Agreement.

New Franchise Training Program – One (1) week training program provided to Franchisee at no additional cost, as per the Franchise Agreement.

Operations Manual – Document provided to Franchisee detailing methods and procedures for operating a Nature Stone® Franchise.

Product Material – Epoxy, Topcoat, Plastic Strips, Stone and other product materials made available to Franchisee at the point of franchise purchase at no additional cost, as per the Franchise Agreement.

Database – Well-installed and equipped computer with Nature Stone® Database provided to Franchisee at no additional charge, as per the Franchisee Agreement.
